Regal Riverside Hotel is proud to announce that its newly launched Halal kitchen in L’Eau Restaurant is officially awarded the Halal Certificate by The Incorporated Trustees of The Islamic Community Fund of Hong Kong.
After several rounds of inspection and verification, the newly built kitchen has met the criteria for certification as Halal. It will produce Halal chicken, beef and lamb dishes strictly according to the guidelines that will fit for consumption by Muslim consumers.
